LoanHissab is a free loan calculator website for people in Pakistan. It helps you work out what a home, car, bike or personal loan will really cost you each month, and whether a bank is likely to approve it, before you walk into a branch.
Why we built it
Most people in Pakistan see a bank’s loan advert, but not the full picture: the processing fee, insurance or takaful, the State Bank’s down payment and tenure rules, and how much salary the bank expects. We built LoanHissab so anyone can see all of that in one place, in plain language, for free and without signing up.

LoanHissab is run by and maintained by The Dev Studio.
How we check our numbers
Our calculators use each bank’s published rates, fees and rules, taken from the bank’s own website, key fact statements and schedules of charges. Every bank calculator page lists its sources and the month we last checked them. Rates linked to KIBOR update automatically when we update KIBOR, which we check against the State Bank of Pakistan’s published rates. Car and bike prices come from manufacturers’ published price lists.
What LoanHissab is not
We are not a bank, a lender or a broker, and we do not take loan applications. We are not paid by any bank for the results we show. Our figures are estimates to help you plan, and your bank always confirms the final terms.
How we make money
LoanHissab is free to use. We may show advertising, including Google AdSense, to cover our costs. Ads never change our calculations or what we write.
Found a mistake?
Rates change often. If you see a figure that is out of date, please tell us and we will correct it.
