What LoanHissab is
LoanHissab is a free website that helps people in Pakistan estimate the monthly installment, total cost and eligibility for home, car, bike and personal loans. We publish calculators and plain language guides based on publicly available bank rates and State Bank of Pakistan rules.
We are not a bank, lender, broker or financial advisor. We do not offer loans, take loan applications, or receive any payment from banks for the results we show.
Estimates, not offers
Every figure on this site is an estimate. Bank rates, fees, KIBOR, SBP rules, taxes and vehicle prices change often, and your actual rate depends on your income, credit history and the bank’s own policy. A result from our calculators is not a loan offer, an approval or a promise that a bank will lend to you.

Not financial advice
Our content is general information for education only. It does not take your personal situation into account and is not financial, legal or tax advice. For a major borrowing decision, speak to the bank and, where needed, a qualified advisor.
Using the site
You may use LoanHissab for free for your own personal, non commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- copy or republish our calculators, articles or rate tables as your own without written permission
- scrape, overload or try to break the site, or use automated tools that harm its performance
- use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent
- enter other people’s personal details into our forms without their permission
You are welcome to link to any page on LoanHissab and to quote short parts of our guides with a link back to the source.
Content and ownership
The calculators, text, design and graphics on LoanHissab belong to LoanHissab unless stated otherwise. Bank names and logos belong to their owners and are mentioned only to identify their products. Mentioning a bank does not mean that bank has approved or sponsored our content.
Advertising and links to other sites
LoanHissab may show advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense, to keep the calculators free. Ads are clearly separate from our calculators and guides, and advertisers have no say over our results or what we write.
Some pages link to bank websites and other outside sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Your information
Calculator inputs are worked out in your browser and are not sent to our servers. If you choose to sign up for rate updates, we keep the email or WhatsApp number you give us only for that purpose. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how cookies and ads work, and how to ask us to remove your details.
Accuracy and availability
We work hard to keep rates and rules current and we correct mistakes as soon as we find them. Even so, we cannot promise that every figure is complete, correct or up to date at all times, or that the site will always be available without interruption.
Limitation of liability
LoanHissab is provided “as is” and free of charge. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from relying on information or results from this site, including decisions to borrow, buy or invest.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
